TravelXConnect, powered by Etraviax Technologies, respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used Facebook/Meta or another third-party login to connect with our website or app and would like the data we received to be deleted, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Visit our Contact page or contact us through any of the channels listed there.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the name and email address associated with your account or login, so we can locate your data.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.
Remove Our App from Your Facebook Account
You can also remove TravelXConnect’s access to your Facebook data at any time:
- Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find TravelXConnect and click Remove.
- Confirm the removal. This stops any further data sharing with us.
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is processed, we delete the personal information we received from the third-party login (such as your name, email address and profile ID) along with any associated account data, except information we must keep for legal, tax or security purposes.
